Summary
This study tests a treatment called CART19, which uses a patient's own immune cells modified to attack cancer cells. It is for children and young adults with certain high-risk types of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), including those with a central nervous system relapse. The goal is to see if this therapy can improve survival without the cancer returning.
