Summary
This study compares two common heat therapies for carpal tunnel syndrome. Researchers will test whether paraffin wax baths or peloid (therapeutic mud) therapy, when added to home exercises, provides better pain relief and hand function. The trial involves 90 adults with mild to moderate carpal tunnel, measuring pain levels, grip strength, and symptoms over three months.
