Summary
This study aims to understand how the severity of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) affects a person's sleep quality. Researchers will compare 120 patients with CTS to healthy people, using ultrasound scans to measure nerve swelling and questionnaires to assess pain and sleep patterns. The goal is to learn more about the connection between hand/wrist symptoms and poor sleep.
