Summary

This study tests a device worn on the wrist during sleep that applies gentle, on-and-off pressure to help relieve carpal tunnel syndrome. Researchers will compare symptom and function reports from 116 adults who use the device against standard care. The goal is to see if this simple, non-invasive approach can reduce pain and improve hand function.
