Can a daily pill sharpen your eyesight and memory?
NCT ID NCT07314411
Summary
This study is testing whether taking a daily carotenoid supplement (like those found in carrots and leafy greens) can improve eye health and memory in healthy adults. Researchers will measure changes in the retina's protective layer, blood flow, vision clarity, and working memory over three months. Participants will take either the real supplement or a placebo pill and have their eyes and memory tested several times.
