Summary
This study tested whether taking an oral carotenoid supplement called CaroRite™ improves skin health and reduces visible signs of aging. It involved 80 healthy women aged 40-55, who took either the supplement or a placebo pill. Researchers used special scanners and probes to measure changes in wrinkles, hydration, elasticity, and other skin features over time.
