Summary
This study aimed to understand if adding carob flour to a meal could help people feel fuller and better regulate blood sugar and appetite hormones after eating. It involved 20 healthy men of normal weight who ate a test breakfast. Researchers measured their hunger, fullness, and blood markers to see if the carob meal made a difference.
