Meat-Only vs Plant-Rich: which diet wins for your heart?
NCT ID NCT07462871
Summary
This study aims to find out whether a carnivore (meat-only) diet or a Mediterranean (plant-rich) diet is better for improving heart and metabolic health in adults with high cholesterol. Thirty participants aged 30-60 will follow one of these calorie-matched diets for three weeks. Researchers will measure changes in cholesterol, blood vessel function, and overall wellbeing to see which eating pattern offers more benefits.
