First seen Mar 15, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a Mediterranean-style diet or a Carnivore-style diet can improve heart and metabolic health in adults aged 30-60 with high LDL cholesterol. Participants will follow one of the two diets for three weeks, and researchers will measure how their cholesterol clumps together, blood fats, and blood vessel function change. The goal is to find out which diet is better for reducing heart disease risk.
