Summary

This study tests whether a special support group can boost the confidence (self-efficacy) of primary caregivers for children with spinal muscular atrophy or Duchenne muscular dystrophy. About 30 caregivers will take part, and their confidence levels will be measured before and after 8 weeks of the program. The goal is to see if this kind of support makes a real difference in their daily caregiving experience.
