Summary
This completed study from Cairo University looked at 30 Alzheimer's patients and their primary caregivers. Researchers used questionnaires to measure caregivers' knowledge, attitudes, and practices, and checked patients' oral health using a standard tooth decay index. The goal was to see if better caregiver understanding leads to better oral health for patients.
