The hidden toll: how caring for stroke survivors impacts mental health and sleep
NCT ID NCT07253519
Summary
This study aims to understand the relationship between mood, sleep problems, and the stress experienced by people caring for stroke survivors. It will observe 100 stroke patients and their primary caregivers, collecting information about the patient's condition and having caregivers complete questionnaires about their own sleep, anxiety, depression, and caregiving burden. The goal is to gather knowledge about caregiver well-being, not to test a treatment.
