Summary
This study is observing how a standard treatment for stiff, tight arm muscles (spasticity) affects the daily lives of patients and their caregivers. It will follow 113 adults with arm stiffness caused by a past brain or spinal cord injury who are receiving routine injections of a muscle-relaxing medication. The main goal is to see if the treatment reduces the physical and emotional strain on the family members or friends who help care for them.
