Summary
This study is developing and testing a new career counseling program called 'Purposeful Pathways' for veterans with mental health conditions who are unemployed or struggling at work. The goal is to help them clarify career goals, build confidence, and find jobs that are a better fit, which could lead to longer-lasting employment. The program involves up to 12 individual sessions and is being tested with a small group of veterans to see if it is helpful and practical.
