Summary
This study reviews medical records of 400 adults aged 40-70 who were recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in five Southeast Asian countries. Researchers will look at health data from before and after diagnosis to understand how heart disease risk is distributed among these patients. The goal is to better identify who is at higher risk and improve care.
