Summary
This study will compare three different fluids used to protect the heart during coronary artery bypass surgery. Researchers will measure tiny particles and immune system markers in the blood to see which fluid causes the least heart muscle injury. The goal is to find the safest approach for patients undergoing this common heart procedure.
