First seen May 04, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study is testing whether an 8-week exercise program, called prehabilitation, can improve heart fitness and reduce heart complications in people at high risk who are about to have a stem cell transplant. About 10 adults with at least one heart risk factor will take part. The program includes aerobic and resistance exercises, and researchers will track how well it works and if patients can stick with it.
