Summary
This study watches for heart changes in 150 adults receiving chest radiation for lung, esophageal, breast, or thymus cancer. Researchers will check heart markers, electrical activity, and immune cells at the end of treatment and up to 3 months later. The goal is to find early signs of heart problems so doctors can better manage cardiac safety.
