First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding breathing exercises and mild electrical leg stimulation to standard care can help people hospitalized with worsening heart failure. 135 adults aged 45-65 will be split into three groups: one gets both extra therapies, one gets only breathing exercises, and one gets standard care alone. The goal is to see if these therapies improve heart function, breathing strength, and daily activity over four weeks.
