Summary

This study looked back at medical records to see how a structured cardiac rehabilitation program affected people with heart disease. Researchers examined 65 patients who completed the program, comparing their abilities and symptoms before and after rehabilitation. The program aimed to improve how far patients could walk, reduce feelings of depression, enhance overall quality of life, and improve sleep quality.
