Hunt for clues to stop sudden cardiac arrest
NCT ID NCT03700203
Summary
This study aims to understand why sudden cardiac arrests happen outside of hospitals. Researchers will compare 1,780 patients who had a cardiac arrest with 3,560 similar people from the community who did not. By collecting health data and blood samples, they hope to find risk factors and develop tools to predict who is most at risk.
