Carbon braces tested to help kids walk better
NCT ID NCT06740006
Summary
This study looked back at existing medical data to see if a specific type of lightweight carbon ankle brace helps children and teenagers with neurological conditions walk better. Researchers analyzed walking tests from 65 young patients who tried the brace to measure changes in their stride, speed, and satisfaction. The goal was to understand if these prefabricated braces are a useful tool for improving mobility.
