First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding two drugs, carfilzomib and belatacept, to standard care can safely improve kidney function in transplant patients whose bodies are making antibodies that attack the new kidney. About 25 adults who had a kidney transplant at least 6 months ago will receive the drugs plus usual anti-rejection medicine. The goal is to reduce harmful antibodies and inflammation, helping the kidney work better.
