Summary

This study compares a moderate-carbohydrate diet (120g carbs per day) to the standard high-carb diet (175g per day) in 120 pregnant women with diabetes who need insulin. The goal is to see if fewer carbs improve blood sugar control and pregnancy outcomes. Participants will follow their assigned diet and have their glucose levels monitored.
