Summary
This study aims to see if teaching university students with type 1 diabetes how to count carbohydrates in their food helps them better control their blood sugar. Researchers will give 100 students at Sohag University a lesson on carb counting and provide educational booklets. They will check the students' knowledge and blood sugar levels before the lesson and again three months later to see if there is an improvement.
