Summary
This study tests whether special eye drops made with stem cells can help people with dry eye disease and cataracts. The drops aim to reduce inflammation and repair the eye's surface. About 300 adults aged 18 to 80 will take part. The study will check if the drops improve tear film stability, tear volume, and vision clarity.
