Summary
This is an early-stage study testing a new type of CAR-T cell therapy called CT1190B. It aims to see if this treatment is safe and effective for adults with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or hasn't responded to standard treatments. The study will also look at how the modified immune cells behave in the body.
