Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new type of personalized immune cell therapy (CAR-T) for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdomen. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body handles the treatment. Researchers will also look for early signs that the therapy might help control the cancer's growth and prevent it from coming back.
