Summary

This study is testing an experimental treatment called JNJ-68284528, a type of CAR-T cell therapy, for people with multiple myeloma, a cancer of plasma cells. The treatment involves genetically modifying a patient's own immune cells to target and kill cancer cells that carry a marker called BCMA. The main goal is to see how many participants achieve a state where no detectable cancer cells remain, known as minimal residual disease (MRD) negativity.
