Cancer-Fighting cell therapy tested for tough lupus cases

NCT ID NCT06310811

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new therapy called RD06-04, which uses a patient's own modified immune cells (CAR-T cells), for people with moderate to severe lupus. The main goals are to check if the treatment is safe, see how the body processes it, and find the best dose. Up to 12 participants will receive one of two dose levels to help researchers understand the risks and potential benefits.
