Summary
This study has two main goals. First, it aims to set up the systems needed to make and deliver a type of personalized cell therapy called CAR-T in Colombia. Second, it will test the safety of this specific CAR-T therapy in a small group of adults with advanced blood cancers that have come back or not responded to other treatments. The therapy involves collecting a patient's own immune cells, modifying them in a lab to better fight cancer, and then infusing them back into the patient.
