Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new, one-time cell therapy called RD06-05 for people with serious autoimmune diseases like lupus and vasculitis. The therapy, known as CAR-T, involves modifying a patient's own immune cells to target and remove the harmful cells causing the disease. Researchers will enroll 84 adults to check if the treatment is safe, how long it lasts in the body, and if it can help control these difficult conditions.
