New hope for cancer patients with failing kidneys
NCT ID NCT05909059
Summary
This study is testing whether a powerful cancer treatment called CAR-T therapy can be safely given to people with moderate to severe kidney problems. Researchers are adjusting the dose of the chemotherapy drugs given right before the CAR-T cells to see if it reduces serious side effects. The goal is to make this advanced treatment an option for more patients with blood cancers like lymphoma, myeloma, and leukemia.
