Summary
This early-phase study tests a personalized cell therapy (CAR-T) for people with severe lupus that hasn't responded to standard treatments. The therapy uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to target and calm overactive B cells. The goal is to reduce disease activity and improve symptoms, but ongoing medication may still be needed.
