Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized immune cell therapy called obecabtagene autoleucel (obe-cel) can help prevent relapse in adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia who are currently in their first complete remission with no detectable cancer cells. The therapy involves collecting and genetically modifying the patient's own immune cells to target and destroy leukemia cells. Researchers want to see if this treatment can extend the time patients remain cancer-free after achieving remission.
