Experimental immune therapy trial offers hope for HIV patients with Tough-to-Treat lymphoma

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing whether a personalized immune therapy called CAR-T can help people with HIV who have aggressive B-cell lymphoma that has returned or hasn't responded to other treatments. Doctors modify patients' own immune cells to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The study will enroll about 20 people to check if the treatment is safe and feasible for this population.
