First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy for adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back or not responded to treatment. The therapy uses donor immune cells that are modified to better target and kill cancer cells while reducing side effects like graft-versus-host disease. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and effective, with about 30 participants taking part.
