Summary

This study aimed to understand how a specific cancer treatment called axi-cel (a type of CAR-T cell therapy) affects patients' thinking, memory, mood, and daily life. Researchers followed 60 adults with certain types of lymphoma who were scheduled to receive this commercial therapy. They used questionnaires and cognitive tests to measure changes in brain function and quality of life before and after treatment.
