Summary

This study tested a new treatment for adults with large B-cell lymphoma that returned or didn't respond to prior therapy. Participants received a stem cell transplant followed by two types of CAR-T cells (CD19 and CD22) to attack the cancer. The goal was to see if this approach could improve complete remission rates and monitor side effects. 23 people took part in this completed Phase 2 trial.
