First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tested a new treatment for adults with large B-cell lymphoma that came back or didn't respond to prior therapy. Participants first received a stem cell transplant, followed by two types of CAR-T cells (targeting CD19 and CD22) to attack the cancer from different angles. The goal was to see if this combination could improve complete remission rates and understand side effects. The study enrolled 23 people and has been completed.
