First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment plan for young adults and adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). The approach combines immunotherapy before a stem cell transplant, followed by a "sandwich" of two types of CAR-T cell therapy (targeting CD22 and CD19) after the transplant. The goal is to reduce the chance of the cancer coming back. The study is currently suspended and aims to enroll 40 participants.
