New combo attack on hard-to-treat lymphoma shows promise in early trial

NCT ID NCT05260957

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding two antibody drugs (mosunetuzumab and polatuzumab) after standard CAR-T cell therapy can improve tumor shrinkage in people with aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has relapsed or not responded to prior treatments. About 22 adults will receive the combination and be followed for 3 months to see if their cancer disappears completely. The goal is to find a more effective way to control this difficult-to-treat blood cancer.
