Summary
This study tests whether adding CAR-T cells to standard chemotherapy can help adults newly diagnosed with a certain type of leukemia (Ph-negative B-ALL) achieve deeper remission and need fewer chemo cycles. About 77 participants will receive CAR-T cells after initial chemo. The goal is to improve survival and quality of life while reducing side effects.
