Scientists re-engineer Patients' own cells to fight aggressive blood cancers

NCT ID NCT07300683

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new personalized cell therapy for children and adults with T-cell leukemia or lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, modify them in a lab to better target the cancer, and then infuse them back into the patient. The main goals are to see if this process is safe and to find the best dose for future studies.
