Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new type of CAR T-cell therapy called ADCLEC.syn1 in adults whose acute myeloid leukemia has returned or hasn't responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to find the highest dose that is safe and causes only mild side effects. Once a safe dose is found, researchers will test it in a new group to see if it helps control their cancer.
