New hope for kids with tough leukemia: first thai trial of advanced cell therapy
NCT ID NCT07078929
Summary
This is a first-in-Thailand study testing a new type of CAR-T cell therapy in children whose B-cell leukemia has come back or hasn't responded to standard treatments. Doctors will take a child's own immune cells, modify them in a lab to better target cancer, and infuse them back to fight the disease. The main goal of this early-phase trial is to check if the treatment is safe and to look for initial signs that it can control the cancer.
