Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether a modified immune cell therapy called CC-97540 is safe for people with multiple sclerosis or myasthenia gravis. The treatment uses specially engineered T-cells that target CD19, a protein on certain immune cells thought to drive these autoimmune conditions. Researchers will enroll 120 participants across three groups to determine the safest dose and monitor for side effects.
