New CAR T-Cell therapy aims to stop lymphoma in its tracks before it returns
NCT ID NCT07316010
Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized immune cell therapy called liso-cel can prevent large B-cell lymphoma from returning. It's for patients who have finished their first round of treatment successfully but still have tiny traces of cancer DNA in their blood. Researchers want to see if giving this advanced therapy early can keep the cancer away longer and improve survival.
