New hope for kids with tough leukemia: pioneering cell therapy trial begins

Summary
This is an early-stage safety study testing two new types of CAR-T cell therapy for children and young adults whose leukemia has come back or hasn't responded to standard treatments. The trial will test one therapy for a type of B-cell leukemia and a different therapy for T-cell leukemia. The main goal is to see if these treatments are safe and feasible to produce and administer.
