Summary
This study is testing a personalized cell therapy for adults with advanced B-cell leukemias that have not responded to standard drugs. Doctors take a patient's own immune cells, modify them in a lab to target a protein (CD19) found on their cancer cells, and then infuse them back. The main goals are to see if this treatment is safe and if it can reduce or eliminate the cancer.
